All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to aesthetic preference, color variation from screen display, or change of mind.

Our dark fantasy fae figurines are handcrafted resin collectibles. Each piece is individually cast, sanded, primed, and hand painted by our makers. Because every figurine is produced through a hands on creation process, minor variations in paint application, texture detail, and finish may occur from piece to piece. The figurines displayed in our marketing and product images represent the design and character of each piece — individual figures may vary slightly in painted detail, color depth, and surface finish. This is not a defect. It is the nature of handcrafted resin art.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have reviewed our product images and understand that variations between the marketed image and the received figurine are expected and accepted as part of the handcrafted nature of this product.

In the event your order arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the figurine inside its original packaging. We will review all damage claims on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered shipping address. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. All shipping address information entered at checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer.
