By accessing or purchasing from TheRavenFey you agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree please do not use our site or place an order.

The Collection All figurines sold through TheRavenFey are handcrafted resin collectibles. Each piece is individually cast, painted, and finished by our makers. Minor variations in color, texture, and painted detail are expected and accepted as part of the handcrafted nature of our products. Product images represent the design and character of each figure — individual pieces may vary slightly from what is shown.

Orders & Payment All orders are final upon checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect payment information entered by the customer.

Shipping We ship worldwide. Processing time is 5-7 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery is 14-17 days after processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered shipping address.

Returns & Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason including aesthetic preference, color variation, or change of mind. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item inside its original packaging.

Intellectual Property All content on TheRavenFey including product names, character identities, imagery, copy, and branding is the exclusive property of TheRavenFey. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

Marketing & Creative Content TheRavenFey uses creative digital characters and AI assisted content as part of our marketing. This is a standard and fully legal industry practice. Our marketing content is created to represent the world and aesthetic of our brand and does not constitute a guarantee of exact product appearance.

Limitation of Liability TheRavenFey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
