SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide. Every order includes free shipping — no minimums, no exceptions.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Processing includes quality checking and preparing your figurine for safe shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and shipped estimated delivery is 14-17 days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 19-24 days. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
International Orders We ship to every country worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. TheRavenFey is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages TheRavenFey is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to carrier error, customs holds, or circumstances outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping notification please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Orders If your figurine arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item inside its original packaging. We will review all damage claims on a case by case basis.
